180 participants have made one piece of small artwork every day of September. Now they’re ready to show you! Of course, you’ll need to visit the Delaware Contemporary to see them all but I’ll show you a few below.

I skipped the opening night on October 6, 2017, and went the next day so I could take my time to view the art without fighting for space. I took some photos of my favorites, as seen below.
Most of the art was hand done so it was cool to see some digital work, this by Mary Targonski, entitled “Fun with PhotoShop Color Fields”

Mary wisely decided to limit herself to using two colors–red and yellow–and the following tools: Brush, Paint Bucket, Gradient, Shape, and the Selection Tool
I love monsters so I enjoyed the artwork by Sheila Sunshine, whose exhibit was called “Yokai A Day”. Yokai I guess are monsters from Japanese folklore and legend.
This hairy fellow is called “Keukegen.”
Sheila Sunshine, “Yokai A Day”. This strange creature is called “Mimimushi.”

I do like a theme and Felise Luchansky’s “Eclipse” doesn’t disappoint. She told me she drove out to Wyoming to see the eclipse.
Felise Luchansky, “Eclipse”. I especially like the 1950s themed artwork with the eclipse dots stuck on top.
These were so colorful and eye-catching! Corla Rogers, “American Girl T-Shirts”
Of course I had to photograph my own artwork. Karen Furst, “Differential Bloom”
I loved Jude Serge’s “Nature Collections and Observations”, especially the mossy green one in the center which I was unable to take a crisp photo of.

Pat Higgins Illustration. I’m not sure everyone adhered to the rule of making ONE piece of art per day.
Pat Higgins Illustration. These were illustrations from a comic book the artist is working on.
Pat Higgins Illustration. Love the colors he’s using here.
Pop Art Collage Collection by David Sanchez. The photos don’t capture the 3D quality of this man’s work – awesome!
